Primer ministro de San Vicente y las Granadinas acusa a la oposición de fomentar “una guerra política”

Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has dismissed the announcement by the main opposition New Democratic Party’s (NDP) that it will not co-operate with his government on anything, except the next general elections, constitutionally due in December 2015.

“Frankly, they are just being foolish; they are not thinking at all,” Gonsalves told the Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC).

Last week, NDP vice-president and Member of Parliament for Central Kingstown, St. Clair Leacock, announced the suspension of co-operation during his party’s “Ring De Bell” anti-corruption rally in the capital.

But Gonsalves said the opposition is “basically, what they are out for is political war.
